Scribblings

Trying to concoct ideas for blog posts is not always easy. I'd love to post more art, but finished pieces take a lot of time. Meanwhile, in the process of developing ideas, or just idly sketching in front of the TV, I've accumulated a mass of scribbles and sketches in varying degrees of completion. Most of them will never make it to the final stage of a finished piece, but what the heck - I figured I might as well post them anyway. 

So here are a few of ladies waiting expectantly for you to step up and drop down -

Nicole Has a Dirty Little Secret to Share...

She's one of the sexiest, most beautiful, and most talented women in the world. I've admired her talents on a purely artistic level for many years, but it was only recently I learned the best thing of all about Nicole Kidman.

She's a Spanko. 

Well, at least a little bit, anyway.  She has confessed in interviews that she has experimented with fetishism, but was not forthcoming with details (at least, not my knowledge.) Fetishism can mean a lot of different things, admittedly, but here's where it gets interesting...

First, let me draw your attention to one of the most mesmerizing scenes in Nicoledom-  it's from Dogville, in which her character has to deal with a young boy's desire to have her give him a spanking. If you've not seen it, and you're a Nicole fan, make sure you have a good hour to set aside before hitting the play button:

Now, I don't usually post anything to do with kids being spanked, but this is, after all, a mainstream movie. The clip is all over the net and, besides, having done in my childhood what this kid did, I can relate to this scene; I particularly love the indignation and outrage Ms. Kidman displays in reaction. Personally, if I had been this kid, I would have deliberately screwed up the take a dozen times over, until I could really feel the effect through those overalls. 
Could you blame me? How often does one get the chance to be turned across Nicole Kidman's knee?

Anyway, back to my claim about Ms. Kidman being a sort of Spanko. Just acting in a spanking scene doesn't justify the claim, but the kid in the movie, actor Miles Purinton, states on his blog that he is one of only three people who have been spanked by Nicole Kidman. 

So, that begs the question - who are the other two? I think Tom Cruise is a good bet for one (God knows, he needs it). It also begs the question - how did this kid know how many people Nicole has given spankings to, anyhoo...?

My only beef with the above scene is the potato sack the director threw over her. I mean, they could have put her in a nice mini-

Not right for the character? Well, how about a secretary outfit -

Still not right? Well, the scene does call for her to spank a kid who looks about twelve, so maybe a teacher outfit would be more appropriate-

Still too sexy? Well, maybe just a simple fuzzy sweater would do the trick -

Still pretty damn sexy, if you ask me.
And no spanking is quite complete without a severe scolding to set the proper tone -

Potato sack or mini-skirt, I'd like to volunteer to be the fourth to have her turn my moulin rouge.

My opinion might be a little biased, as any longtime reader of this blog will know of my weakness for the babysitter scenario, but I found his writing visceral, imaginatively descriptive, and carefully considered. He goes beyond the simple whacking into the psychological and emotional relationship between spanker and spankee. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I think you will, too.
