Sad News

The spanking world lost a visionary recently. Ed Lee, the founder of Nu-West Leda, and a true pioneer of spanking videos, passed away. He'd retired at the end of last year, intending on spending time traveling on his boat, but sadly his hopes and plans were cut short.

We are grateful for his efforts and mourn his loss.

  1. Hi Red:

That is very sad. I was huge fan of Leda videos and owned quite a few back in the day. I was also a subscriber to the Ledagram and Ma'am magazine. Ed Lee will be missed.

  2. Yes, Ed Lee of Nu West, was one of a kind in spanking annuals. His contribution to the early years of 'spanking videos', was to say the least 'fantastic'. Many a 'naughty woman' felt his hand, paddle, hairbrush, birchrod, cane or whip, upon her naked rear end. And many of us can see those beautiful and wonderful corporal punishment videos, on a number of spanking blogs. Thank you Ed Lee, may you rest in peace.

  6. A real shame that he really didn't get to enjoy his retirement. I hope he enjoyed his career as much as the rest of us did. RIP.

  7. He was the original, and his stuff was some of the best. It's a shame when someone works all of their life, only to not get to enjoy retirement

  9. Twas said once in one of those LDL or early Shadow Lane spanking publications (paraphrased):
"Nobody knows how many sets of bare female buttocks Mr. Edward Lee has punished..."
Now, sadly, that has become a finite number as his implements go silent. A true pioneer in his
unique and specialized field, he was the progenitor, from whom an entire industry was spawned.
    RIP, Mr. Nielson.
